Ok, so it’s been a long couple of weeks for me. I’ve lots and lots of work to do and NO SITTERS! Our last sitter [that I discussed previously] had to start her teaching occupation and has actually officially left us! We’ve actually been sitter searching and have actually found some lovely ladies however nobody has yet to begin!

So that implies next week will be well over a month without any aid around here and I am beginning to go CRAZY. It’s been really enjoyable at times, but mostly it’s been 1 hour naps [simply adequate time to cleanse the house, or take a shower, MAYBE], me being up to oversleep bed in the evening with my earliest, getting up at 5:30 and in some cases 6:30 a every day to ‘mother, I want juice … can I enjoy a show? Where are my toys? Mom, I am starving. Can we’ve a treat?’ and LITERALLY having NO time to myself.

We have had a biting episode [oldest biting youngest], Older pushing more youthful kid in the bathtub, clothes and all, Home paint being disposed all over our good outdoor patio floor and incredibly exciting things like that.

The TELEVISION, that I normally hate, has actually become my best friend.

Having my house cleaned the other day was the HIGHLIGHT of my week. And driving in the automobile has become a nice stress-free time for me too: ‘ok boys, we are entering the car and driving to my workplace for kale chips and kookies !!!!!’

I am blogging now throughout nap time meanings I am in yet ANOTHER hurry!

I ‘d like to share with you a few snack and dinner concepts we’ve actually come up with over the past few days.

First, I’ve blogged about our kale chips once in the past, this time, I am visiting simply rave about the cheese. I’ve been making use of the kale chips cheese as a dipping sauce [my son dips his finger in it and thinks it’s the very best treat worldwide] and also as an alternative for macaroni and cheese.

Make up a huge set of this things and shop in the refrigerator. Use it on rice pasta and then the rest on kale [then dehydrate the kale for some YUMMY crunchy chips!

For the Recipe

1.5 red bell pepper

1.5 Tbls nutritional yeast

1.5 lemons, juiced

1.5 cups soaked cashews 1.5 Tbls miso

1 heaping teaspoon sea salt [or to taste]

Instructions
Add all to a Vitamix. I’d recommend you soak the cashews initially, for an hour. If you don’t do this, you may wish to include like a tbsp or more of water to mix so it blends well. Assimilate Vitmix until extremely duper smooth [no chunks or any cool texture, need to look like yogurt]
